Advantages
- This RBC series use a four column
construction which utilizes an internal mechanical
levelling system to insure a parallel cutting stroke
and full uniform pressure over the entire cutting
bed.
- This machine has a strong construction consisting
of heavy duty weldments and hydraulic units. It is
built for the long term use.
- 10 mm slow speed of cutting head before touching
the cutting die minimizes the size difference between
toppest and lowest layer material.and brings top durability
of cutting pad and cutting die.
- An unobstructed view of the cutting area is
provided when the beam is in its back position.
Quick moving speed and adjustable receding distance
minimize the cutting cycle time,it is about 4 to 5
seconds per cut.The receding head stop story at both
ends without any vibration and shock.
Easy to use controls for setting die and material
height.
Machine supplied with photo cell safety guards.
Material feeding systems are available.
Low noise device ensures low noise & low shock
cutting the machine.
