Waterjet Cutting
The hearth of a waterjet cutting system is a hydraulic driven intensifier pump. The intensifier pressurizes water up to 3500 bar that produces a cutting stream with a velocity of 823 meters/sec or 2.5 times the speed of sound. The water come though a sapphire or a diamond orifice , diameter 0 , 1-0 , 35 mm. With straight-water cutting you can cut soft materials such as rubber , plastics , glass wool , fiberglass and carbon fibre. Harder materials require adding a fine mesh abrasive to the cutting stream. Various abrasive materials can be used like olivine , garnet ,and corundum with a particle size of between 50 to120 mesh (0.2 to 0.5 mm).

Waterjet TL 1500x6000 , abrasive
This cutting table has been designed for easy access to the cutting area and material handling. Three sides of the cutting table are free for material handling. The useable cutting area is 1500x6000 mm. The possibility to use the table as two tables , size 1500x3000 , gives an advantage that means often a double capacity. While the other end of the machine is cutting , the other end can be unloaded and loaded. The machine never stays still while you are changing the work piece.

High pressure system
The high-pressure pump and the components of the WATERJET cutter represent the lastest technique and their quality is the best available. They are made by the leading manufacturer of high-pressure pumps , Ingersoll-Rand.

Abrasive system
The system consists of central tank with local feeder for each cutting head. The local feeders are automatically filled from the larger central tank. The used abrasive and cutting waste is removed from the tank with pneumatic diaphragm pump that recirculates the water through a waste tank and the solid particles are separated from water.
